Palin’s inclusion A) knocks Hillary down a notch and B) puts Palin (regardless of November) in the lead for top billing in 2012.

The big picture is that whomever is in the White House is facing a huge set of financial, fiscal, demographical, & geo-political problems that they cannot improve upon, and will likely just make them worse.

Pray hard, and plant a bigger garden.

Well, it is nice to know that not all Christians are falling for the “vote Republican at all costs” mantra. Palin sounds good on paper, but I can’t get past her siding with McCain. Eeew!

To all republican voting Christians, I pose this question, what has the republican party done to stop abortion in all these years? (Nothing.)

I agree with the above comment. Pray hard.

Good man I ask what have the Democrats done but push abortion all these years? The lesser of two evils is better than “the evil”!!!

  4. Scott Terry Says:

Tell me Tim, how has the great “picking the lesser of two evils” strategy worked out for you guys. Not endorsing evil with your vote, is sound doctrine. Thats what I advocate. For the sake of argument, we’ll throw sound doctrine out (thats what most “christians” do anyway) and then I ask you….from a mere pragmatic view….how has it worked out in the last, say, 50 years. Any fool can see the method dose not work. You just keep taking whatever table scraps the GOP tosses under the table and they will continue to treat you like the desperate dog that you are. You may be content with the grizzly tip of the porkchop that the master can’t chew, me, I want the whole porkchop. If Christians want to be used like a cheap prostitute and treated like one then they should continue to play harlot with the GOP. The Bride of Christ should not be begging for table scraps or playing whore to the political establishment.

    Nuff said for now.

Scott you said “To all republican voting Christians, I pose this question, what has the republican party done to stop abortion in all these years? (Nothing.)” My question to you (which you did not answer) was “what have the Democrats done but push abortion all these years?” I do not look for anyone in Government to toss me anything, that is not or was not the intent of the founding fathers. The Government makes no decision for me the decisions they make sometimes effects me but I decide how I should and will live.
As far as how I vote I will pick the lessor to two evils being whatever party they are from.
