		<description>Oh no, the very best is a breaded and fried coon! I really love that. Our friend Art down Rayville way even cooked one this year.  Said the kids loved it.  I remember when I was a kid the fur dealer used to sell coon carcasses to the black folks in the city.  The rule was that you had to leave the feet on them.  I asked why, and the guy said they were afraid he might try selling them cats!  Those were the days :)</description>
