However I am beginning to gravitate to the idea that the law is for the lawless and that Christs constitution governing his social kingship is of the spirit. It is a constitution that will live in peoples hearts long after all the paperwork has been shredded. That constitution might have to take a turn in the cattacombs as I think it is now, but it is a constitution that can never be twisted, revoked or brought to life by the sword. The Antichrist cannot use the law to govern those free from the law. They will have Christ himself for their Judge. A clumsy term perhaps but communiterianism seems to be the hinterland that Christians now find themselves in. Neither left nor right but free from the dynamics and influence of each.
