John and Noah on Psalm 1
The other day when we were finishing up chores, I sent John and Noah down to the far end of the barn to chain up the allyways that go to the mangers. We do this so that if a cow gets untied in the night she won’t go up front and mess it up. I finished what I was doing and they still were not back. I went down to see what was keeping them, no telling with those two. I asked them what they were doing, Noah hollors “come here dad, look what we found!” The both of them had a hand full of hay chaff. Noah says “Look, I got some chaff. Now watch this….” He takes a deep breath and blows it all out of hand and it disappears into the air. Without missing a beat he says “Just like the wicked!” John blows his away, “Ya, just like the wicked, dad!”
