Its Hot
The heat is intense out here, almost hit 100 yesterday. Lost an 11 year old cow to it, darn near killed myself trying to save her. As soon as it cools down a little I’ll be back blogging.
Till then, you can check out my wife’s new blog….Right Here

Scott, I’m so sorry to hear about your cow. Everyone is struggling to care for their livestock in this blistering heat. I’ve even been dipping my chickens in cool water outdoors and misting my guineas in the coop with a fan running to keep them comfortable. It’s hovering at 100 here in NH today but seriously feels worse than that with the high humidity. Praying for some relief for you and others who are having to deal with this extreme weather! On my way to check out Leah’s blog…….God’s blessings to you all!

I am sorry to hear of your loss. You must be getting what we are now finally getting a break from. In the last hour we received 1.5″ of rain, which is more rain then we received in the whole month of May, normally our wettest month! It has been exceedingly hot, humid, and rainless summer. We praise the Lord for His merciful rain tonight, a real answer to prayer. God bless you brother.
