Requesting your prayers–see updates
Please pray for Leah’s Grandmother in West Virginia, known by those who love her as “Gramaw Betty”. She just had a heart attack and things look pretty bad from what we’ve heard. Please pray for the Lord’s comfort for her and her family. Leah’s Dad is away on business and won’t be able to get there very quick, so please pray for him as well.
UPDATE
Leah and the kids left for WV this afternoon. Please pray for a safe trip.
Another Update
Gramaw Betty has gone to be with the Lord. She passed away before Leah and the kids got there, but she new they were coming and was very happy to know they were coming. Leah and the boys will stay in WV this week and help prepare for the funeral and stay for it.

I found your blog through The Rural Missourian…and I don’t remember where I found HIS blog. I lived in WV (South Charleston) while in jr. high and high school. One of my brothers lives there still. We just heard R.C. Sproul, Jr. speak at the Colorado home school conference, and our pastor knows Jim Jordan quite well, so I feel like I practically know you!!! Which is a very long introduction to say that I am praying for your wife and her family. What a comfort to know that Granmaw Betty is with the Lord, though.
