Labor Update
Its 11:30 and I just came in for some lunch. Leah’s contractions are about 7 minutes apart. I’m going to go string the garden hose through the house so I’ll be ready to fill her tub thingy with warm water. The woodstove has warmed up the place pretty good. Dumped a 5 gallon can of deisel in the old furnace just in case. Next step….. When contractions are 1 minute long and 5 min apart for one hour we call the midwife and she leaves for our place.

Sounds like progress! Thanks for all the updates, Scott. This is really great. We can feel like we’re there, yet you guys still get all the privacy.
