The reminder to not discourage our kids from helping is so important.  One day, if this is to work, it must be theirs so the sooner they are doing some things to get attached to it the better.  I am often guilty of losing patience and just wanting to finish things alone.  For those of us who are perfectionists this is tough.

The stakes are too high for us not to put into practice what you say.</description>
